These are two poker rooms in the Cryptologic network with online casinos.

The online casinos have been advertising a 25 GB Pound reward bonus that you receive AFTER wagering 500 GB Pounds.   In March, after having met the wagering requirement at UK Betting, I received a letter stating that I was no longer eligible for their bonus in March as my activity was deemed to be "bonus abuse".   It was a form letter, and no other explanation was given.

Totalbet withheld the bonus, after I had met the wagering requirement and did not even give me notification.    I received a form letter from them yesterday, stating that I would not be eligible for the bonus effective April, but no bonus was given to me after I met the wagering requirement in March.

Apparently this letter was received by a significant number of people without any clear explanation as to what they took exception to.   This site requires you to wager YOUR OWN MONEY before being eligible for the bonus, so I have no clue what bonus abuse means in this context.

I have wthdrawn every cent I had on deposit at these two sites and suggest that if you have received a bonus from them in the past you might get a nasty surprise instead of a bonus next time.

This is rogue casino behaviour and I don't recommend their poker room either.   There are plenty of better sites in the Crypto network.   Don't give them your business!
