i'd never seen this before and it just happened for me about a week ago in a qualifier at full tilt.  pp 8's vs. pp 7's preflop....we both get trips on flop...turn brings me quads and i slow play by making smooth call...river brings him a 7 and he's all in, of course...i called 10 seconds later for the drama.  heh.
