Yes me I call 4 times the big blind with that hand, but it's not a great hand... Call only if your stack permit it...

In early Position i would fold this, maybe call a little raise in late position and i would probably raise in late position if i have few limpers, but any thing else i would chuck this hand, not a favourite of mine.

Depends on posistion and how solid of a player made that 4X bb raise. I would agree with hoppinmad that it really also relys on position at the table. In early position, I would probably fold this hand no matter who made the raise, I would not want to be pot committed if someone re-raised after you. In middle position, I believe this is purely a judgement call based on if you think the rest of the table is passive (just calling or folding) or aggressive (more likely for a re-raise). In late position, I would probably call to see the flop and then ditch it if nothing happend. Be careful though on you chip stack. If calling the raise puts you in an undesireable chip position relative to the blinds/antes, I'd definately fold this hand.

stack sizes/postion is sort of relavent when asking a question on this matter. In short if we are both have over 100bbs and i have position then yes i'll be calling all days there are other variables that dictate whether or not im calling when my stack is shorter, but i don't thinky ou should concern yourself with them.

I would fold it from all positions with no hesitation!
thats not a premium hand, and its not worth a risk!
I would call if there is no raise or I am facing a small raise and I am in late position! This hand can be very profitable if you get lucky, "IF". _________________ Of course we gotta pay rent, so money connects, but

me i would call it cuz the Jack anything i feel is a good hand but not an all in hand unless the flop goes ur way then all in, i always play Jack anything seem to have high odds of hitting at ap maybe that is just me but be careful after the flop watch the bet that comes out then u will know if he is hold a high kicker

I'm in such a slump at catching a flop, that I would not call unless I had the stack to handle the loss.
Currently I only call a raise if I've a made hand. _________________ Tomatillo

Im not a mod here tyleryo, but quit spamming. Some people actually like to come here for strategy etc. Ive clicked on 2 threads so far and in both you add absolutely nothing. We dont want to waste our time going through your bs, to get to the posts with some real info. Something needs to be done about this, garbage posts abound here. How about requiring members to play a buyin b4 they can become eligible for the freerolls? Bet that would cut some of this crap out.
